We are responsible for collecting and managing rent payments. We settle the rent with the landlord on a regular basis, in accordance with our agreement, while providing clear financial records and reports.

We are responsible for coordinating and arranging routine maintenance and repairs, working with trusted contractors to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.
- What does the landlord need to do?
Landlords simply need to provide basic property details and sign a management agreement; we will take full responsibility for all subsequent rental, management, and communication matters.
- Can I opt for specific services only?
Yes. Depending on the individual needs of each landlord, we offer both full-service management and partial management packages. The specific scope of services can be negotiated and finalized prior to entering into an agreement.
