Viewing Appointment Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all property viewing appointments arranged through tekmproperties.uk. By submitting an appointment request or confirming a viewing time, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms.

Nature of Viewing Appointments

  • All property viewings are arranged by appointment only; they require prior confirmation and are subject to final approval by the property management team or the landlord.
  • Viewing times are subject to the final confirmation notice.
  • Property availability may change due to current tenancy status or maintenance schedules.
  • We reserve the right to adjust or cancel appointments if deemed necessary.

Appointment Confirmation Rules

  • Appointment requests must be submitted via telephone, email, or our online platform.
  • An appointment is considered valid only upon receipt of a confirmation notice.
  • Unconfirmed requests do not guarantee that a viewing can be arranged.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

To ensure the efficient allocation of resources, please adhere to the following rules:

✔ Standard Cancellation/Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ advance notice.
  • You may reschedule your viewing free of charge (subject to availability).

⚠️ Short-Notice Cancellation (Less than 24 hours)

  • May affect your priority status for future appointment requests.
  • Repeated short-notice cancellations may result in restrictions on your access to our booking services.

❌ No-Show

  • Failure to provide advance notice and failure to appear at the scheduled time will be recorded as a “No-Show.”
  • May negatively impact the approval of future appointment requests.

Punctuality Policy

  • We recommend arriving punctually at your scheduled appointment time.
  • Arriving late beyond a reasonable grace period may result in a shortened viewing duration or the need to reschedule the appointment.
  • If the property management representative is late, we will coordinate a new viewing time with you as soon as possible.

Identification and Access Requirements

To ensure property security and compliance:
  • Viewers may be required to provide basic identification details.
  • You must adhere to on-site access arrangements and guidelines.
  • Unauthorized entry into areas of the property not designated for viewing is strictly prohibited.

Nature of the Viewing

The viewing is intended solely for the purpose of assessing the condition of the property and does not constitute a binding commitment to lease:
  • It does not imply that the property has been reserved or held exclusively for you.
  • The property remains available and may be leased to other applicants at any time.
  • The final outcome of any tenancy application is subject to formal submission and approval procedures.

Limitation of Liability

tekmproperties.uk shall not be held liable for the following circumstances:
  • Cancellations resulting from force majeure events (e.g., emergency repairs, changes in landlord status).
  • Last-minute schedule adjustments made by third parties (e.g., the landlord or current tenants).
  • Delays caused by traffic, adverse weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
